We promised to publish facts and evidence in support of our challenges in respect of the constructive frauds instigated through ORGANISED abuse of / misconduct in public office. THEFTS AND MISAPPROPRIATION of HOUSING BENEFIT FUNDS that Local Authority staff and officers secure/d from Central Government in respect of (a) occupation of approved properties (b) for qualifying claimants WHO (c) sign agreements EVINCING PRE-EXISTING LIABILITIES.  Council staff contemptuous of the Law that stipulates: - "Aiding and abetting persons in acts of theft and or ASSISTING ANYONE TO EVADE EXISTING LIABILITIES are indictable offences". They even move their 'associates/used tenants', to council properties and undisclosed addresses. They do so in order to steal from the legitimate owners of the rent money / Housing Benefit funds. They do so IN ORDER TO EVADE MEETING THE PRE-EXISTING LIABILITIES evinced in the contracts the illiterate(?) in law(!) council staff 'scrutinise before endorsing and submitting claims to the Department of Social Security.

The affidavit we publish in this page is succinct and clear on the points raised and the challenges made of the legal circles. The case is stated briefly in our Local Authority pages and we can assure you that the offending Local Authority withdrew its demands from the targeted private landlord. Another affidavit in respect of the same case was/is published in the page we copied from another website where the organised fraudulent demands were challenged through an appropriate DEfence & Counterclaim. It led to abuse of the judicial chair occupation & an appropriate appeal, wehich in turn caused the abusers of judicial chair occupation to change their tactics and the government to announce the introduction of the Bill of Rights. In the meantime, for years, we have had to put up with fraudsters club recruits who made it their business to act as promoters and users of the existing ARRANGEMENTS FOR RAMPANT CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUDS ON THE TAXPAYERS, THROUGH ABUSE OF THE COURTS FACILITIES and (through coersion ?) the conversion of morons to lovers of it all. WE expose and name some in our pages, who set themselves up in business, 'noted to be acting as maintenance engineers of the system as is'.    

The Affidavit was called for and submitted at Court in support of the Appeal that was called for after a judge at the 'relevant county court' elected to enter into a monologue behind closed doors and issued an Order striking out the targeted landlord's Counterclaim. It was nothing but an attempt to railroad and hijack the action, to deny to the targeted landlords their rights in law. In support of the challenges, the practices by the court staff and officers was also settled and submitted. The second affidavit was also essential because of other elements we have since published in the exclusive page that covers the sold souls, 'the persons who join the fraudsters' club' for the promotion of CIUKU Enterprises. The latter has since been published following the blunt abuse of our time by one of the number of persons introduced to *human-rights* and Andrew by the LIPS crowd/mob.

A letter sent to the Lord Chancellor at the time, will be pointed to in due course as more victims come forward and publish the facts and the evidence in their own cases. The letter covers a typical scenario, an example of how targeted private landlords are treated by public servants who are trained to a 't' in deception, thefts of properties (including time) and fraudulent conversion of the assets and properties of others. We publish the full affidavit and the exhibits relied upon in support of the challenges. YOU CONSIDER THE FACTS and you decide as to why the attempts to indulge at the expense of vulnerable individuals letting their only property (often their matrimonial home) and small private companies with a portfolio of three / four properties, as in the instance that gave rise to the Appeal and the warranted affidavits. Landlords systematically denied access to funds and as in the instance covered by the warranted Appeal, funds being reclaimed as alleged overpayments after the tenants moved out of the relevant properties.

"BLIND, DEAF and DUMB", the Daily Mirror was trumpeting in its Headlines on 12 May 1992; and.. "SOMETIMES CORRUPT". Then, "CORRUPT BRITAIN" [*Link] some years later, declared Paul Johnson in the Daily Mail. The case that gave rise to such 'observations' was subjected to the usual 'SUPPRESSION OF MATERIAL FACTS, by the legal circles', the criminals in control. The exhibit 2, qualifies the grounds upon which the tutored Council Staff were relying to impose thefts and create the conditions leading to 'the conversion of assets and the properties of third parties to legal costs orders'. And, as usual, in the case of the victim covered by the Daily Mirror news, no prosecutions of the offenders! The victims and their rights dispensable trash ( Ex2 ).  A society and state founded and resting on LAW and order?  Some arrogance by the actors in control of CIUKU enterprises.

An attempt to create an inexcusable scenario for theatrical productions, through abuse of the Legal Aid facilities, was challenged appropriately, see Exhibit 3 ( below ). The affidavit settled for the warranted challenges, will be published by the targeted victim in a Community On Line web-site.  

The letter below attached to and arose out of an attempt, by the legal circles, to convert Housing Benefit Funds to alleged legitimate Legal cost/fees through 'theatrical scenarios and presentations'.  One of the solicitors had been retained / engaged also in the divorce proceedings 'for'(!) the victim whose case is covered in 'THE APPEAL' we publish in our pages. THE FACT that the very solicitors had been involved in blatant constructive frauds (plural intended) in those divorce proceedings, sufficed for us to take an interest in that divorce case. The abuse of the facility for Legal Aid Certificates : the 'loans to be recovered from the converted / stolen rents' owing to the targeted landlord. And in the other case the converted matrimonial assets through perpetual theatrics. The first scenario, all care of arrangements by and between Public(!) Servants(?). Council staff and officers, county court staff and officers, the local police, and persons who authorise the issue of Legal Aid Certificates consequential to applications by solicitors who operate the free for all the TRIADS benefit from via CIUKU Enterprises. The second scenario care of the arrangements between solicitors representing both sides in the proceedings. Court officers aiding and abetting the legal circles / professions through misconduct in public office. Precisely as the other Appeal (*Link) we publish in our pages establishes. And the uninformed public meets the high salaries of such public servants who service the greed of the legal circles from whence they arose to occupation of legal chairs. Such activities in a Parliamentary DEMOCRACY with 'the deputies of the people' in place through the ballot box, but via a misinformed and UNINFORMED electorate; citizens who are treated, by offending public servants and the mass media controllers, as illiterate serfs of the Middle Ages.

The affidavit and exhibits, we publish in this page, suffice for the time being. We gave notice to the Chief Executive at the most offending Local Authority, Haringey Council.* He and the Leader of the Council have been told to come to terms with the facts and to reconsider the damages they caused to TARGETED LANDLORDS. In one of the most obvious and serious cases, the situation was a simple case of the staff USING AND RELYING UPON FORGERIES in the misappropriation of Housing Benefit funds. They were not content to simply use FALSE computer printouts, as in many other instances; they had to exhibit their INGENUITY and they provided, in the process, evidence that they were not simply relying on officers of 'the relevant county court* its staff and clerk to assist and promote their fraudulent activities.  THEY WERE AND HAVE ALSO BEEN RELYING on the local police to ignore the FORGERIES and all other criminal activities they indulged in. They also tutored an imported tenant and trained him in the new morals and values the police endorse and promote through defaults, all care of judicial chair occupants in 'joint theatrical productions' with the legal professions.

For almost FOUR YEARS now the staff of Haringey Council* have been indulging in MISCHIEF MAKING, in and through the organised disorganisation their supremo set up for them and trained them in. WE have warned the offenders that unless they offer to make good the damages that they caused collectively we shall publish ALL DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE. We shall let the world determine where we stand as a state in the 'civilised societies stakes'.  We publish convenient Court rulings 'Council not liable to victim of its crime'. WATCH this space soon for the FORGERIES; then write to your MP's and enquire of them WHY ARE WE MAINTAINING POLICE FORCES at high cost and WHY THE NEED FOR ANY LAW in the first instance IF IT IS TREATED by the Law Enforcement Agencies as non-existent and or inapplicable, so long as the crimes meet with their approval.
