Through his letter Mr Scriven emphasises the enormity of the problem with all due consideration to the fact that ONE IS DEALING WITH ORGANISED CRIME such as we have been aware of for over thirty years. CRIMES the police failed to investigate over the same period while ignoring all evidence submitted to them. Crimes that NOW ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION at a high level, as was reported in the Daily Mail on 30 July 1998. We look forward to the victims being invited, officially to come forward and to submit evidence.   However we do know of victims, like  Mr Scriven, who have been complaining for years; they have been ignored over the years and they HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED to this day as we prepare these pages for publication on the INTERNET for the world to marvel at the organised arrangements within our Law Enforcement Agencies.  We trust our present government to act as promised and to ensure that both resources and manpower are made available in the pursuit of the difficult task ahead, which nonetheless CAN be tackled with determination and the desire to put an end to the theatrics in our courts.

The indication that the public WILL be afforded the opportunities (plural intended) and the RIGHT to play a part in choosing our judiciary is the most significant step forward. Any person aspiring to judicial office will know the public is looking over their shoulders.  The RIGHT to have automatic FULL video recordings of ALL proceedings in our courts (as we have been advocating and demanding for years) is an absolute must. We know that the need for appeals will be minimal. The denials of and the OBSTRUCTIONS to rights, attached to and arising out of railroaded and hijacked court proceedings will be minimal thereafter. The directors and the actors in our courts no more will be in a position to blindfold, and or otherwise gag and tie down Justice as the manipulators of the system invariably and without failure have been arranging.  Many the instances when citizens were and have been treated in much the same manner as Mr Scriven experienced; abuse and fraudulent use of facilities at the disposal of the 'geniuses' in action in our courts MUST CEASE and the citizens must be afforded AN INDEPENDENT AUTHORITY where they can report any and every WRONGDOING; an authority that will have bite when it comes to forgeries and other abusive use of court facilities, as Mr Scriven deposes in the instance at hand.

Acknowledgement and confirmation of the ongoing investigation by the police, as referred to in the depositions and the exchanged letters above.  The responsibility for ensuring the issues raised ARE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION of the Home Office and not the Lord Chancellor and or his office. We have been advocating and demanding that the police fail not to invite the public to submit ALL documented evidence to the investigating team(s) especially when FORGERIES were used to defraud the public of funds (alleged 'legitimate' legal costs in pursuit of perverted justice denied through such instruments).

Our founder, and others, witnessed recently AN INCIDENT IN A COURT OF LAW THAT BECKONS reasoning and justification by the authorities. A citizen had been defrauded of a substantial amount of money and HAD BEEN LOCKED IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS FOR YEARS; the usual income generating practices within the self perpetuating cancerous growth industry run in the name of blind deaf and dumb Justice*.  In that case a FORGERY was at the hub of it all.. NO ONE CARED TO and or EVER BOTHERED to deal diligently with that issue, AS THE LAW PROVIDES on matters attached to such instruments. A forged instrument through which the pecuniary advantages leading to the claims against the offenders / defendants.
