taxpayers were to be and remain unaware of the activities in which persons of his attitude
to law engaged and engage in, as alleged legal gurus. Deliberate SUPPRESSION OF THE
PRECEDENT CASE - which case he was instrumental in putting on record- spoke louder than
any of the scripts he relentlessly engaged in. As an ardent lover of the abused
court facilities intended to lead to conversion of targeted assets to allegedly legitimate
legal COSTS AWARDS TO THE CRIMINALS WHO ABUSE THE COURTS PROCESSES, he engaged in
fraudulent misrepresentations to Mr. Andrew Yiannides (the creator of this website) while
aiming to act in breach of all his undertakings and the agreement he entered into with Mr.
Yiannides once he secured, under false pretences, a copy of the letter wherein
acknowledgement of the element of FRAUD IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM was addressed by the leader of
the Opposition and the Parliamentary Spokes Person on legal affairs - for New Labour - in
1995. The fact remains that the permission to record the hearing COMPLIED WITH THE
STATEMENTS IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS by the Attorney General* (*F3)
when matters pertaining to 'contempt of court' were being debated in the House of
Commons, relevant to the need to introduce an Act Parliament on such matters and issues

lovers / users of the existing fraudulent abuse of the courts facilities for ARROGANT

explanations from Mr Norman Scarth (or his like-minded LIPS affiliates, specialising in
deception and fraud-a-plenty) & ask of one and all to state WHY he / his affiliates

solicitors subjected Mr. J. M. R. Foenander to, in the course of Divorce Proceedings, the
flagship of CIUKU Enterprises* [*Link from here to the type of
fraudulent in intent court applications intended to create costs awards / orders in
which Mr Johan M R Foenander, one of Mr Scarth's affiliates, who engaged in tandem with one
Lou (Lew(is) Foley (another fraudsters club recruit), in the driving seat. [*Link

- All visitors, to this website and victim-readers should

letter Andrew received from Mr Scarth, as the occasion commanded four years after Mr,
Scarth asked for & benefited from the right to record the hearing of his application
to the Court of Appeal, referred to in this page.
- Mr Scarth secured, under false pretences, a copy of the
response by the Spokes Person on Legal Affairs -the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng- to submissions
which Mr Andrew Yiannides caused to be delivered to the leader of the Opposition, the Rt.
Hon.Tony Blair, in 1995. Thereafter he simply took liberties with Mr Yiannides' work
- The copy Mr Scarth received was subject to an agreement he
entered into with Mr Yiannides but typical of any shyster, he simply indulged in breach of
the agreement. AFTER DEFACING a copy of it, he ATTEMPTED TO USE THE DEFACED COPY with
maligned intentions, as every other who decided to join the fraudsters club, as
maintenance engineers and accredited operators of the system as is, would have.
- He used another recognised convert-to and lover of the
system in place, as organised by followers of the teachings -by examples stated- in
scenarios related in the most vile of works ever to have been presented to mankind by the
wily and the crafty behind the creation and promotions of the biggest fraud on the sons of

| MOST IMPORTANT NOTE: Another LIPS crowd/mob fraud-of-a-human*
(*non-thinker), a convert-to & lover of the rampant constructive fraud through the
courts, one Veronica Beryl Foden from Plymouth was allowed to record a hearing before
the head of the Family Division - Lady Buttler-Sloss, presiding for the occasion at the
Court of Appeal! Victims of the family courts and any other court, should access from here
material facts stated in another page. There, among the issues Mr. Andrew Yiannides
relates, he was reminding her of a number of very convenient failures by her. The page was
created around HER FAILURE TO COMPLAIN TO THE LAW SOCIETY / or REPORT TO THE POLICE /
consider using her rights to LAY INFORMATION BEFORE MAGISTRATES, the fact that a solicitor
CREATED & SUBMITTED A PERJURED STATEMENT (sworn affidavit) TO COURT while in pursuit
of FRAUDULENTLY CREATED COURT COST AWARDS. All, apparently, care of her parts in bluntly
abused court facilities that she was fully aware of and a willing playmate in, as she
established from the onset, the first hearing of an application by her which Mr Yiannides
travelled to Plymouth to assist her for (*F6). She was
noted to be abusing, in tandem with others, the courts' facilities & other were her
intentions than her commitment to Mr. Andrew Yiannides to challenge and EXPOSE the endemic
abuse of the courts' facilities for ORGANISED FRAUD ON THE TAXPAYERS. She was fully aware
of the fact that such activities (and the attached complaints she was asserting /
promoting to Andrew) simply served the purposes of all who were acting so, for and on
behalf of the Solicitors Indemnity Fund (with about £1.6 BILLION NEGATIVE finances
DEFICIT in its account reports). |

theatrical productions in the courts, which facilities she was all to happy to partake in

were made on the day, the avenue through which to challenge any attempts to declare her a
Vexatious Litigant (Section 42 Order, the favourite promotion by persons who join the
fraudsters-club). Although she was told not to disclose the Precedent case she was to
secure copy of, and she gave her solemn undertaking to keep it under her hat, within hours
others (from within the LIPS crowd/mob circles who introduced her / sent her along to Mr
Yiannides) were put on the path, got to know of the precedent case; interestingly we never
heard of any other benefiting from a Section42 Order; not that such abuse of the courts
facilities are not ongoing (as far as we are concerned), such matters are only used as
part of the subliminal indoctrination and conditioning of 'the ill-educated and
ill-informed modern serfs'.

- ALL of the persons we
