The days of public servants relying on the BLIND DEAF AND DUMB MEDIA ARE OVER. The days when ALL relied on BLIND DEAF AND DUMB officers within the law enforcement agencies are also over. This is the age of FREE exchange of information and THE unadulterated FACTS OF LIFE within all states, so long as their citizens are free to exercise AS WE DO, their basic human-rights that ARE GUARANTEED under the European Convention on Human Rights. ECoHR, provides under:-
Article 9. "EVERYONE has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion..." Article 10. "EVERYONE has the right to FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION...... to HOLD OPINIONS..... TO RECEIVE AND IMPART INFORMATION AND IDEAS without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers..... (with provisions attached to) maintaining the authority AND IMPARTIALITY of the judiciary". Article 11. "EVERYONE has the right of freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of ASSOCIATION with others.... rights to form and join ... for the protection of HIS INTERESTS". Article 14. "The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this convention shall be secured without discrimination on ANY GROUNDS such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth, or other status. AND mostly interestingly the ignored provisions of Article 13. that provides:- "EVERYONE whose rights and freedoms as set forth in this Convention are violated SHALL have an effective remedy before a national authority notwithstanding that the violation HAS BEEN committed by persons acting in an OFFICIAL CAPACITY."
Article 13 is VERY CLEAR. WHERE IS THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY THAT LOOKS INTO THE VIOLATIONS judges in the United Kingdom endorse, entertain AND INSTIGATE of their own? The question is simple and the Lord Chancellor with the Home Secretary should co-operate and produce the formula under which the citizens CAN challenge activities that blatantly breach national law and VIOLATE Human Rights.
The public at large is called upon to consider the facts stated, THE EVIDENCE PLEADED, USED and RELIED UPON by the victims of the merchants of misery and the Law Enforcement agencies the United Kingdom maintains at very high cost, for and in the interests of the directors and the actors in control of our justice halls, their theatres.
No Recordings ? No Cameras ? WHY ?
To Protect which parties ? No National Security (*Link to confirmation on this issue from the Defence advisory committee) and no justifiable grounds subsist in any case. Most certainly not ALL COURT CASES as the system operates (with assistance from the MEDIA barons in the United Kingdom) merit the shove it in the family closet with the rest of the skeletons. Our founder wrote to the home office over a decade ago that the closet is bursting open and can hold no more. WHY THE blanket SECRET sessions ? Hearings from which the targeted victims and parties to court proceedings are not aware of ? Alleged hearings ? The victims later denied, by the criminals in charge of our courts, access to the Court's records for obvious reasons. Alleged court orders purporting to be founded on JUDICIAL rulings resting and founded simply on ABUSE of the Court's facilities as the Geoffrey Harold Scriven case clearly established. His is but a classic example of the practices by judicial chair occupants serving the corrupt and the corruptred. Blunt fraud not only on the targeted victims but as covered in the explicit page we publish, on the Tax Contributors, Mr and Mrs Average.
The public and the world at large is afforded the opportunity, through these pages, to recognise the serious issues RAISED AND COMPLAINED OF through the on-going Court cases we publish. When the RIGHT TO unblemished, untarnished, unadulterated, independent of other influences AND INTERESTS and a truly UNBIASED JUSTICE is violated by parties who should know better than to allow and or grant to themselves the liberties the citizens fall victim to THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY and NO JUSTICE from within any state that allows, let alone TOLERATES, such blatant violations of the rights of ANY SINGLE CITIZEN, no matter who, where from and or his/her 'status in a democratic state'.
