Reasons for The Petition and why forms withdrawn
We humbly requested of all decent citizens who visited this web-site to assist in our Petition of the authorities to act as Parliament's Law provides. The Petition pages with collected signatures we asked our visitors to submit to the Lawrence family. We acted so in the name of the law and decency; we invited our visitors to stand firm by the parents, the family and the friends of Stephen Lawrence; to let them know of our concerns by acting as we requested and still do. All of us owe a duty of respect to life as the 2nd Article of the European Convention on Human Rights Provides*.
The Petition Forms were withdrawn because the authorities presented us with the Stephen Lawrence Inquiry report. Through The CAMILA Project we delivered our written submissions to the second part of the Inquiry. We publish proof of our contribution and a link to the evidence. We simply state to, The Police, The Police Complaints Authority, The Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), The Lord Chancellor's Department, The Home Office and to ALL others who are responsible for the performance of the Law Enforcement agencies, including the Magistrates' courts, that our submissions rested on the facts covered in "The Breeding Grounds - case"*. Therein our Law Enforcement Agencies ARE exposed at their magnificent best; we are sure you will agree. That single case covers many a vile and illegal act by (a) the Police, (b) County Court staff, (c) County Court officers (d) the Magistrates Courts, (e) the Lord Chancellor's office/department, (f) the Home Office, (g) the Police Complaints Authority and (h) the Commission for Racial Equality too. Nonetheless the tenacity of the victim of crimes caused the parties at the county court to reconsider their attitude towards their targeted victim and to cease offering shelter and services to criminals.
PLEASE FEEL FREE to request for Petition forms if you are of opinion that you should carry on completing and submitting collected signatures from within your area. The forms are no longer available for downloading because the Lawrence family have indicated they will be taking legal action against those who negated in their public duties and offended them. We trust and hope that theatrics will be the last thing on the mind of the parties who will be 'dealing' with the case in our 'justice halls'.
