This page is dedicated to the late Paul Foot, the only honest and genuinely concerned journalist we have had the pleasure to know. More often than not the letters editors of the media, are seen to be acting as censors. They wilfully suppress facts, events and realities referred to them. They act as front line commanders for the creeping dictatorship in our country, and the rest of planet earth, which states the founder of human-rights recognised decades ago.With intent they ignore the rights of citizens who dissent from that which the politicians, and the editors, agreed to create for and serve to 'the serfs', without disclosing their parts in secret and undisclosed sessions of which Christ was recorded to have spoken, as reported by the editors of the New Testament almost 1700 years ago. We have plenty of examples and a typical issue was that of the suggestions by the Education Department, in 1996, 'to contrive and introduce 'a moral code' owing to the fact that religious education and 'influence in the upbringing of children had declined to non existent teachings, allegedly because the parents themselves fail in that area'. We publish copy of a letter which the founder of human-rights -Mr Andrew Yiannides- was caused to send to the letters editor of 'The Times' at the time and the circumstances when 'The Times' was promoting  waffle while ignoring the realities pointed to in the letter all visitors and concerned parents should access and read. The content and the circumstances under which Andrew, as a parent, had been caused to act are as clear as can be. The censor -letters editor, a typical Intellectual Prostitute- at 'The Times' as an illiterate in / or contemptnor of the law (and dictator of policy by default) acted his role as a participant to the planning (in secret venues) of and for the implementation of the dictatorship many are waking up to as of the developments foolowing the creation of the European Economic Community. The simply suppressed the facts stated, by failing to publish the letter and thus he wilfully obstructed the facts from being aired in an allegedly civilised democracy, one that allegedly rests and is founded on principles of law and order.

In our alleged democracy through pre-determined scenarios the 'subjugation of the serfs' thrives. Such policies have long been established and it was all planned in secret. By their very nature, the 'conspiratorial sessions' endorsed by and with such others the editors have been associating with for decades. All in favour of the creation of pseudo-democracies when-ever / where-ever the opportunity arose or could be created by the very interfering 'institutions'. The letter below, spells things out, especially the fact that the Prime Minister, acted in accordance with the evidence submitted to him by the creator of these pages and web-site. Frank Field in 1997,  the letter to the DSS Fraud Depertment in May 1998, the submissions to the Treasury, to the Prime Minister and to the Home Secretary in February / March 2002, the explicit letter to the Rt. Hon Frank Field MP in Arpil 2003 and countless others. 

We need to add that all persoins who contacted us over the years received copies of the letters & or were pointed to the pages where we published copies of the letters. Copies of the letters and additonal material which we posted to the DSS Fraud Department were also subitted to the publicist Max Clifford, whose services secured the interest of the media in the matter of the multiple litter a human was to give birth to after interference with / manipulation of nature by the medical professions,

• So, you have complained and gone to the media. You have been ignored or the local press published a half baked potato thus appearing concerned about the serious issues you reported. We keep in mind the complete lack of interest, by the media barons and their stooges, in the matter of the rampant fraud and corruption from within Local Government and Authorities as endorsed, aided and abetted crimes by the police and the local courts. We cover such realities and facts in our pages, as wide awake and as law abiding citizens. • You buy a daily paper and you know that much is to be desired because of the lack of frank and honest information, making mockery of all assertions about democracy by the hypocrites who serve you with such crap.
• Simply do not buy a newspaper for a day or two. Instead use the coppers / pennies / cents / euros it would cost you to buy the paper and make copies of a statement of the issues and facts (which you can prove) that you complained about and reported to the sold souls who are operating under the guise of 'free press / media' in our pseudo-democracies.
• With the cheap cost of local copy-services you end up with at least half a dozen of copies of an A4 sheet where you are stating the facts and realities. Include your name and telephone / contact address.
• Attend the offices/place where the offensive activities and or the newspaper / courts buildings that ignored the matters you are raising in your statement of facts - copies.
• HAND COPIES to persons who acknowledge to you similar experiences. AND ask the recipients to also not buy a newspaper for a day or two and make more copies which they should then pass on to other concerned citizens from within your neighbourhood. At the same time they act similarly in stating their own experiences.
• It should only take a few hours of each person's time to act as we invite you, but when a number of recipients do act as we suggest the number will multiply and within your area you should be able to get a group together ready, willing and able to take additional initiatives that the offending public servants / yes-men lap-dogs will be having to deal with as public servants and not as sold souls.
• WHEN YOU HAVE enough supporters / persons sharing your concerns and anxieties about mankind you could set up your own web-site. There you can publish the vile activities and the facts that establish and prove criminal activities that are ignored and endorsed by those who allegedly are retained to serve the citizens and the law. Once published, spread the news through your email contacts and in news-group postings, ALL CAN THEN ACCESS THE FACTS AND THE EVIDENCE and you can point them to the applicable law that was / is breached by alleged public(!) servants*(?) that we point to on our pages.

Just consider the words of John Swainton, who served as Chief of Staff with the 'New York Times' in the 1860's / 1870's. The quote, from his retirement speech to his staff is from an article by Dana Baker on "Media Suppression" in Profile Magazine:

IT'S YOU WHO LOSE OUT WHEN JOURNALISTS ARE GAGGED By Paul Foot `The freedom that means standing up to the bully'. [Access the plans behind it all]
IN OPINION polls about the professions, we journalists always do very badly. We fight it out with estate agents for the wooden spoon. I think, on the whole, we deserve our lowly position, though why doctors and accountants always do so well I've never understood. Perhaps it's because doctors and accountants have a close personal relationship with their clients, while journalists usually stumble into people's lives at time of stress or disaster. Last week I felt forced to walk out of a journalist's job which put me in rare contact with my readers. For the last 13 1/2 years I have written a page in the Daily Mirror. My sources and inspiration were the Mirror readers. A ceaseless flow of letters and calls came to me from people I'd never met, people who read and enjoyed the Daily Mirror but felt it was more than just a good read. They felt, rightly, that the Mirror had a reputation for springing to the support of its readers when they were in trouble. I felt like a court of last resort. The people who wrote to me had, usually, already been to see their solicitor or their MP. They knew I was not qualified to help them. They knew that my only power was to write, and to keep writing on their behalf. And they reckoned, rightly, that the power was often enough to correct a wrong which had run out of remedies in the courts or in Parliament or anywhere else. A lot of these letters came from prisons, from people who said they'd been wrongly convicted. When I started writing my column - in 1979 - it seemed to most people impossible that anyone could be wrongfully convicted of a serious crime. As I looked into the cases, I was shocked at how many wrong convictions they proved. I raised case after case, often without success. When Kevin Sarbutts came into my office to tell me he had lied when he told a court he had seen Aban Turner stab a man to death at the Notting Hill Carnival, I believed him at once, and wrote about it; then wrote about it again. Before long Aban Turner who'd been convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment on Sarbutts's false evidence, walked free. The Birmingham Six, the Guildford Four, the Swansea Two, the Cardiff Three were all released after strong journalists' campaigns. Campaigns like this get high praise when they are successful. While they are going on, they are always unpopular. WHEN a hospital worker wrote to me in 1983 complaining about a sleeping pill called Halcion, I wrote again and again about its dangerous side effects. Drug companies and doctors united against me, warning me to clear off their patch. Then suddenly last year, eight years after my campaign, Halcion was banned. To campaign like this we need the backing of our editors, and our own space to forge a trust with our readers. For 13 years at the Mirror I was lucky to have both. I noticed as the years went on that the letters and calls changed in tone. The formalities with which people normally contact newspapers vanished.		"Dear Mr Foot" became "Dear Paul." It was as though people were reading what I wrote, growing used to it, and feeling free to share their lives and their problems with me. It is crucial that journalists should have the space and the freedom to campaign for their readers as I was able to do. If the freedom of the Press means anything, it must mean the freedom to write against the stream, to challenge orthodoxies and power complexes, to use the strength of big newspaper combines to stand up for the underdog against the bully. But what if the newspaper itself is run by bullies? What if the atmosphere inside a newspaper office reflects the problems which the campaigning journalist is trying to solve? I've been grappling with that contradiction since 1984 when Robed Maxwell bought the Daily Mirror. He was a bully to beat all bullies. He hated opposition from anyone, and certainly didn't tolerate any from his own employees. Campaigning and exposition in a Maxwell paper wasn't easy. Again and again people would say: "How can you complain about this boss when Maxwell is worse? I gritted my teeth and stuck to my column, knowing that my editors protected me against Maxwell and that, all Mirror journalists were members of a trade union with which Maxwell signed and honoured agreements. Since last October, since our new management took over at the Daily Mirror and sacked the editor, these protections have vanished. The editor and the management act together. The journalists' union has been systematically smashed. Many of the letters I've had in the last six months have complained about "macho management" - indiscriminate sackings and victimisations. I wrote about these in my column, but increasingly it seemed absurd to expose macho management elsewhere without mentioning what was going on in the building I worked in. I decided to write about that as well. I wrote a whole column about the Mirror management. For the first time in 13 1/2 years the column was not printed. When I printed it myself and handed it out to the public, the editor sent faxes to all other editors suggesting I was off my rocker. Our unjust and divided society desperately needs campaigning journalists. If we are, as some suggest, a dying breed, then a hunk of free speech and democracy is dying with us. But campaigning journalists cannot survive if the newspapers which employ them are run by petty dictatorships of the type those newspapers should set out to expose. /ends © Express Newspapers Ltd.

We can only point out that while journalists ARE GAGGED by their controllers / employers ALL OF THE ALLEGED VICTIM - CHALLENGERS WE ARE EXPOSING as lover-converts to the system of operations and the facilities in place for RAMPANT FRAUD ON THE TAXPAYERS (through abuse of the courts facilities) EACH & EVERYONE HAD THE LUXURY OF FREEDOM OF CHOICE. Their failures to state the facts, REPORT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN that which the media barons and the Intellectual Prostitutes suppress, places them in the unenviable position of MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS, & USERS / PROMOTERS OF THE ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE FOR THE CORRUPTION OF MORONS OF THEIR MENTALITY & ATTITUDE TO LAW.    JACK STRAW'S wise words about the strength and resilience of the traditional Asian family will be welcomed by the millions of British subjects whose origins lie in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
   It is one more sign that this Government genuinely believes that we are a legitimate part of this country and our values and attitudes are an asset, not a source of embarrassment.
   Those of us who are ourselves immigrants - I am one, I came here in 1966 - know how right the Home Secretary is to emphasise the importance of marriage to the stability and progress of the Asian community.
   We desperately needed the backing of our wives and children in those early days. Quite simply, we would not have survived and prospered without the support provided by marriage - proper, traditional marriage.
   And, without the discipline imposed on us by the knowledge that we had a continuing legal and religious obligation (as well as an obligation founded on love) to support our wives and children, we would certainly not have found the strength and the stability needed to build up mighty businesses and to plan for our domestic futures in our new homeland.
   We would not have settled as well as we have, we would not have contributed as much and, I suspect, we would not have been as readily accepted.

Why Boys Are Second Best In The Classroom

   NEXT week's GCSE results will confirm what we already know. Our daughters are performing better in the classroom than our sons, the gap gets wider every year and the worst performing boys come from the poorest homes. We know it is partly because there is a culture among teenage boys that looks down on doing well in lessons - but that has always been there.
   When I was at school the "swot" always top in everything, always with his hand waving frantically in the air when a teacher asked a question, was a despised figure. Heaven help him if he met the first rugby XV in a dark alley.
   So, why is the gap getting bigger? Schools minister David Miliband thinks it is because boys' schools need a greater culture of achievement and firmer discipline and no doubt he is right, as far as it goes.
   He is on shakier ground when he suggests that more course work and fewer examinations favour girls. He says this "feminises" the (GCSE and A-level systems but there is nothing particularly "feminine" about course work or "masculine" about examinations.
   And there is no reason to believe that if you abandoned course work and relied solely on examinations, boys would start to narrow the gap. You have to look deeper than that to understand why our education system is letting down boys and why boys from the poorest families are let down worst.
   First, there are far fewer male teachers than there used to be. Children are likely to be taught mostly by women. In fact, there are many primary schools attended by both sexes, which have only women teaching. So boys subconsciously start to think that schoolwork is something that girls do.
   Men are deserting the teaching profession, partly because it pays badly. Despite the recent increase, teachers are still not paid enough to keep their families in comfort, especially those who work in cities. The earnings of the wife who teaches are still often seen as the "second income" - husbands get a proper job and keep the family and wives teach to pay for extras.
   And the growing culture of complaint and litigation means that all teachers, but especially men, have to be very careful how they behave towards children, lest they are misunderstood.
   Many male teachers now say that they never talk to a girl pupil alone, only with a woman teacher present as a witness. Teaching under those conditions is stressful and joyless.
   Second, there is the growing strength and dominance of the "lad culture". This is reinforced by the school of feminists that believes that the best way to get equal treatment for girls is to run down boys.
   There are still some women teachers who try to increase the self worth of the girls in their care by undermining that of the boys. Feminist writer Angela Phillips's latest book is called, ominously, "The Trouble With Boys".
   "There's a general sense," writes education lecturer Dr. Anne Gray "in which boys are seen to be missing out and that men are becoming redundant. Traditional forms of male employment are on the decline.
   "And the areas of employment are demanding skills that girls have always been good at - like good communication skills, social skills and the ability to balance several tasks at once."
   Now, some girls have good communication skills, social skills and the ability to balance tasks, and some do not. Some boys have them, and some do not. If we tell boys that these things are essentially female characteristics we have only ourselves to blame if they decide that their future lies in being muscular, stupid and ignorant. But why is it that the poorer the family, the wider the gap? Working-class boys are falling behind all other pupils at an alarming rate.
   They are not doing as well as their brains and skills and talents suggest they should do," says Mr Miliband.
   This is a direct result of government policies. Poor children do not normally get to grammar schools, which select the most academically able pupils at the age of 11. In comprehensives, one in five of the children are poor enough to get free school meals. In grammar schools, it is about one in 37. So children from poor families tend to assume that they will go to the non-selective - and therefore the less academic - schools.
   And as the Government increases the number of schools which are allowed to select some or all of their pupils it will further reduce the expectations of the poor.
   CHILDREN do well if they can see some hope. If, when they look around them, they find that people from their part of town go to the less desirable schools, as the poor find, then hope is undermined.
   If, when they listen to their elders, they learn that their sex is inherently stupider than the opposite sex, their hope is undermined even further. It is no wonder that working-class boys see little point in studying.
