You read in The Breeding Grounds - case(4*) of the capabilities and the practices of (a) The police, (b) County Court staff and officers, (c) Magistrates Court staff and the criminal acts, many indulged in. Even FORGERIES(3*) in joint efforts with the police who were DENYING RIGHTS TO CITIZENS. As and in the mould of the Stephen Lawrence* long ongoing saga; the case that exposed more than enough, already. All along officers from within the Lord Chancellor's department contemptuously advancing the much revered independence of the Judiciary* free to endorse such activities by others as they 'feel free to do' in and for the society THEY HAVE BEEN CREATING for decades, if not centuries; unchallenged as the Law Enforcement Agencies and ministers(?) arranged between them.  The alleged independence bestowing rights to judicial chai occupants to be and feel FREE TO ACT OUTSIDE THE LAW.  Parliament's Law treated as non-existent and or as not applicable to the cases before them; a classic example IS AND REMAINS the injunction application by the copyright owners in 'The Downing Street Years" -case*. To their Lordships copyright law existed not; consequently the owners of THAT copyright had no right to seek the protection of The Law.  A law unto themselves?   The law a ass?  The citizens' treated as illiterate serfs of the middle ages? Or Subjects to the whims of the illiterate(!) in law?* and the Criminals In Control(2*) of it all. 

Food for thought for the Rt. Hon. Jack Straw, the Home Secretary and Lord Irvine the Lord Chancellor in view of the lessons learned from the Stephen Lawrence death(?).
