Our founder attended the event, in 1995. Notably the organisers promoted the adage, from classical times, whereby the written word was and remains the most powerful weapon that man ever devised. More powerful than plutonium the slogan on the back cover declares!

VISITORS ARE URGED to access and READ THE IMPORTANT update and ADDENDA we were obliged to introduce in January 2002. We had no choice but to REPORT THE CRIMES TO THE TREASURY; our observations and knowledge of the constructive frauds made us accessories if we kept quiet, like the alleged victims who work towards the implementation of the schemes by the abductors and rapists of Justice, the Goddess; it was such a person who had been wasting our time and securing support through many a crocodile tear.  You will find the addenda statement at the top of the Updated Pages File. We are sure that you will share with us our concerns and most profound disappointment at and with persons who adopt and promote activities which they know are nothing but downright crimes. TWENTY-FOUR years earlier the creator of these pages and founder of the human-rights.org (NGO), Mr Andrew Yiannides, determined that justice was just a word and that such a service DID NOT EXIST in the United Kingdom.

He  had witnessed much in the course of High Court Proceedings. Blunt, questionable, arrogant and criminal in intent activities, by the legal circles, over six years at the Royal Courts of Justice, were more than enough to conclude as above stated. 

It was a case of solicitors, barristers and judges acting IN BREACH OF CRIMINAL LAW. They secured, used and promoted false instruments inclusive of A BLUNT FORGERY in order to corrupt and pervert justice, in association with others. And the police acting in contempt of their public duties and the law they were meant to serve as servants of it and the public, Mr & Mrs Average, in an allegedly civilised state / country where the rule of law rules supreme.

It was immaterial, if because of invisible services by the TRIAD (Legal - Judicial - Police services) to the instigator of the original fraud (for which the institution of court proceedings) who was simply noted to be relying on the best the managers and organisers of CIUKU Enterprises were offering and providing to and for criminals to benefit from.

In the process the rights of the targeted citizen treated with the same contempt as Parliament's Laws and as the controllers of the Law Enforcement Agencies have been arranging for centuries and millennia. The fact that the editors / creators included such elements in the New Testament PROVES that they / the sons of men were and had been victims of similar activities and organised crimes against Mr. & Mrs. Average way back in those days and beyond].

The revelations / mental eye openers way back in 1969 -1975. The activities did lead to the need to research and investigate the states imposed on the citizens in an allegedly civilised Democracy, as the media and the politicians relentlessly were, and to these days still assert and promote in contempt of evidence establishing otherwise.  

Published on the right image of the page where we point to the entry in respect of the debate when delegates and representatives of organisations who attended took part and raised issues on "CAN THE CITIZENS TRUST THE JUDGES?"

Need for the debate and submissions from the delegates, constituted evidence on the element of the invisible services, by the Law Enforcement Agencies, to criminals such as Mr Andrew Yiannides noted and had been the victim of, because the persons who were Summonsed to Court, had been benefiting from such, as of the onset as reference to (a couple of years after issue and service) the Summons issued established.

In fact the Barrister retained by the legal team (representing the fraudsters) endorsed an affidavit (drafted, most probably, by the solicitors representing the fraudsters who were Summonsed to court in order to account for the fraudulent activities they engaged in at the expense of Mr. Andrew Yiannides), whereby a High Court Judge, was invited to deny rights assured to the defrauded citizen.

Mr A. Yiannides' submissions on the above occasion, were well received by the chair & delegates who addressed the issue; also members in the audience. The submissions were repeated in a letter to the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng, the Parliamentary Spokes-person on Legal Affairs for New Labour, in opposition at the time. Years later the submissions were reflected through the headlines, above in the margin pane. We had no doubt at the time that the government was to be attending to the very issue, as a matter of priority, IF JUSTICE WAS TO BE SERVED AS THE GOVERNMENT INDICATED & PROMISED to Mr A Yiannides, in 1995, when in opposition.
