Mr Scriven had substantial grounds and sound reasons to Appeal to the Crown Court following improper and downright criminal activities by the Legal/Judicial/Police/Mafia.  As in many cases that we know of, the criminals are still free to practice their corrupt law.

We give you the facts; we publish below the Appeal and the supporting deposition. YOU, the citizens of the world, decide. YOU BE the conscious of our nation and our governing quangos who have no moral values and act as if they know not of Parliament's Laws after abandoning the moral teachings of all faiths they have cast aside  while in search of the bricks and mortar and the material world they wallow in; it is a simple case of never mind the HUMAN COST, as long as 'the selected benefit' at the expense of others. YOU be the conscious of the father who neglected his daughter's needs and caused her to take her own life. You consider the motives of the dishonest who handle and misappropriate Housing Benefit funds through reliance on others to also misconduct in public office.

We publish the facts he pleaded in his "Affidavit or Statement of Truth" in support of his Appeal. Read of the facts of life within the police forces upon which the legal/judicial Mafia had/has been relying for far too long. Corrupt Britain* trumpeted Mr Paul Johnson in the 'Daily Mail' on  6th November 1998.  He was wrong to blame the Labour Government; the promise to the Lawrence family WAS kept by the Rt. Hon. Jack Straw; and the promises by the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng, now Minister of State at the Home Office we believe our country will be rid of all that has been destroying the moral fibre of our society.

And  we publish below the Court's ruling in order that other victim citizens should get encouraged to come forward with their own tribulations. Their own stories arising out of similar activities; resting on breaches of and  misconduct in public office by persons who know of 'The LAW'; persons who act outside 'The LAW' as if above it by virtue of their positions in the society they have relentlessly been destroying as licensed creators of the new order; unchallenged by those who know of the problems and uncontrolled by their superiors.

We look forward to the investigation the Yard is conducting. We await the developments in Mr Scriven's case; he has been left to fight his battles alone because those responsible for LAW ENFORCEMENT are at the hub of his tribulations tormenting him and many others who like him were defrauded of their properties (including peace of mind and right to a normal life); defrauded of their rights in law in much the same way as indulged into in Mr Scriven's case; the evidence exists the will to challenge the corruption has only been set in motion by New Labour and our present Government, as promised by the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng our present minister of State at the Home Office.

NOTE: It rested and rests on the facts and the realities of life within our legal system. Facts of which many a victim can testify to in an appropriate inquiry (*F). Consider the position of the VICTIM who was wrongly Summonsed by the police* [*Link from here  to the page where we state briefly the capabilities of abusers of public office and the criminals in control of the courts facilities]. In that case the police failed to investigate the crimes the victim went to report.   What chance of any success or appeal HAD the victim failed to take the numerous precautions related in that short story?  The legal/judicial/police/Mafia would have had their day as they had planned for that targeted citizen, their joint victim.
