The article in the Metro on 19 May, 1999, indicated, again (*Link to previous promises..) These new  concerns about the use of Legal Aid funds by rogues who indulge (with others) at the expense of the tax payers was nothing new.  The very issues we had been reporting to the Legal Aid Board for far too long. The 'news' was just 2 years after the previous 'bit of good house-keeping steps' were announced through amenable media editors (*Link to Press Release in 1997). Anything for the 'serfs' to chew on while  paying taxes for reckless mismanagement of state funds as arranged by the Executive (*Link to scams that drain billions every year). His Lordship in November of the same year (1999) was promoting new plans for the distribution of taxes through constructive frauds via the scams the previous link takes the visitor/reader of this page to. The Lord Chancellor Announces 

  • GOOD NEWS, from the Lord Chancellor. The article in the 'METRO', free  London paper, issue of 19 May 1999 we welcomed. It was about time the public was assured that cowboy solicitors were to have their wings clipped.
  • What about those from within the Lord Chancellor's department who 'authorise the abuse of Legal Aid facilities knowingly, however ?
  • When and how will the Public be given an INDEPENDENT (of the legal professions) AUTHORITY in conformity with Article 13 of the ECoHR?
  • When and where will the long suffering public be able to raise their genuine concerns and their complaints ?

The report from the Office of the Legal Services Ombudsman for 1998/99 was looked upon as damning, by the victims of the legal/judicial/police TRIAD. However, from experience and evidence at hand we know that the report was just a smoke screen intended to fool the people into a false state of protection and security from the scoundrels who are in control of the Law Enforcement Agencies, the judiciary and the police. Ultimately, it is they who are responsible and the relevant Ministers (*Link to our express challenge of the Ministers). The  evidence is right here, in our pages and the pages of the citizens who are no can no more be treated as serfs.

Those who are in control of our Law Enforcement Agencies, our judicial halls, the theatres where the practitioners parade Justice as Blind as Deaf and as Dumb as they come are being exposed. The fact is that the lawyers would not be indulging as they do without the co-operation and, more often than not, without the instigation of the constructive frauds by persons who are sitting in judicial chairs, acting not as judicious persons but as individuals all too ready to abuse position and the facilities at their disposal. In most cases they do so for and because of other ulterior motives, in particular the dishonest interests of the 'condemned', in the present report, 'lawyers'.

The 'failures' of the Law Society and its members to heed the advice/warning in the report we refer to above did not surprise the victims of the legal/judicial/police TRIAD, at all. The legal circles did not and do not want to; after all, CRIME IS THEIR GAME, they are the master craftsmen (*Link), SCRATCHING EACH OTHER'S BACK AND building their kind of society, as amoral as they are.

  • We do have such complaints and documented evidence on record your Lordship!
  • The Legal Aid Board were made aware of the fact that the matters complained of arose precisely BECAUSE of the USE of refugees by others.

Your Lordship is presently being challenged to deal with the THREE HOUSING BENEFIT constructive frauds cases that were instigated by the staff of a Local Authority as instructed by the experts at perverted law and misrepresentations to the targeted 'serfs'.

Such (all) 'Public(!) Servants(?) have been relying upon the OFFICERS of 'the relevant County Court'* to misconduct in public office (*Link to the evidence). 

WORSE is the fact that the MEDIA were also aware of the abuses of the 'facilities' but they are more interested in promoting page 3 and multiple litter creating fertility drugs.

OF SUCH our Democracy and caring 'knowledge classes' ensure the public are spoon fed as 'illiterate serfs of the Middle Ages' and not as the caring public who contribute to so many worth-while humanitarian causes from 'Band-Aid' to 'Comic-Relief', from 'Christian Aid' to 'Help the Aged' and countless other worthy causes.

  • The most recent of the British public's contributions to the welfare of their fellow humans, generously offered towards the needs of the victims of an a tidal wave that allegedly was caused by an earthquake
  • With no buildings damaged as a result of nuclear tests in the Indian Ocean, the media barons who excel in selling to the naive and gullible all manner of waffle have stuck to the original allegations about a fictitious earthquake in the region of some 9 Richter.

ANYWAY the good news is ACTION is being taken. THE PUBLIC, HOWEVER,  DO NEED proper and adequate avenues FOR INPUT to the Lord Chancellor's office and to the LAW SOCIETY... (Link to article above left)

It is time to abandon the arrangements in place for the rampant COMPOUND CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUDS THROUGH THE COURTS, whereby the assets and properties are stolen and transferred to the abusers of the courts facilities.

NOTHING is beyond the ingenuity of man, especially when it comes to acting outside the law. Activities that are encouraged through breaches of public duty and misconduct in public office (*Link) by those who seek to 'justify' the inexcusable for and in the interests of theatrical productions in our courts, in contempt of the law and the evidence or the lack of it, as the case may be. We have been waiting and expecting to hear from the police who ought to charge a refugee and those who USED and encouraged him, the experts 'at how best to milk the system' - social workers and council staff from within the confines of a Local Authority, Haringey Council.  Refer to the investigative report by the 'Daily Mail' 30th June 1997*.   We were and had been pointing out to such abuses to the authorities, the Legal Aid Board, to Ministers and the papers, naturally, as of March 1996.

  • The above were our sentiments and views in May 1999. Much has gone under the bridge since. On 13th December 2002, Mike Sullivan, crime editor for the Daily Mirror, wrote of the fat cat lawyers and the pantomimes they create in 'the theatres of justice'. We contacted him and his editor; interest - response zilch : the usual contempt for the law and 'the serfs' (*Link to the words of an insider when he was moving out of the firing line, a typical puppet).
  • We had and we still have hopes that some conscientious editor will take up the issues of crime and constructive frauds by and from within the LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
  • We have known for decades of the simple fact that the much revered 'independence of the judiciary' is but a rouse.
  • Such promotions are but 'fraudulent misrepresentations' by politicians and the media barons who, through their front-men / stooges were/must be aware of the words we have released, in the public domain, for consideration by the taxpayers, 'the serfs' who pay taxes for the maintenance of fraudsters / criminals in public office.
