In the civil justice system in England and Wales, a judge presides over the proceedings that are argued by the opposing sides through the adversarial process. The process enables the court, judge, to reach a conclusion as to the truth of the facts in dispute. Thereat it is for the judge to apply the law to the facts proven, established at court.

  • ALL when pointed to the rampant abuse of the Housing Benefit Funds, that Local Authorities handled and handle (as agents for Social Security) elected to ignore the explicit pages and the evidence they were pointed to while they carried on promoting and asserting their objections to the abuse of the courts facilities as each and very one was declaring to one another in respect of their personal experiences.
  • The activities, the defaults, the omissions and most convenient failures we cover / state and the evidence that we publish, below (also in other pages) about such persons should cause law abiding citizens / taxpayers to raise questions with their Members of Parliament and to voice strongly their objections to the blunt and arrogant constructive frauds through abuse of the courts facilities, running into billions year in year out.
  • For years we did not incorporate our findings and observations about such persons in our pages. In fact we did not incorporate links from the pages we set off creating in the first instance when 'the converts to and lovers of the arrangements in place exposed themselves through their parts in theatrical productions in the courts.
  • We could point to many an arrogant abuser of Andrew's time and goodwill. A good starter is the case of Mr Norman Scarth who indulged in much the same way as every other we point to. However, after he was caught at it for the last time. (*F1) he benefited from an OPEN RESPONSE TO HIS LETTER THROUGH THESE PAGES. We will now include links from the other pages we created for his part in challenging the system's abusers before he exhibited his parts in the arrogant constructive frauds through the courts and the corruption of other morons of his and his soul mates mentalities.

    1. Mr Norman Scarth set off to abuse a copy of the letter, from the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng, which copy Mr Scarth secured under false pretences, as covered in the page we link to from this paragraph. Mr Scarth had been co-operating with Mr Andrew Yiannides, the founder of human-rights, for a long time before Mr Johan Michael Richard Foenander was sent along to abuse Mr A Yiannides' time and goodwill as covered in another page. Mr J R M Foenander, a sold to the system as is promoter and maintenance engineer / user of the facilities that one Hussein had been sent along to initiate him in, indulged in many a false undertaking and fraudulent (ab)use of Mr Yiannides' time and goodwill, himself as covered in many email exchanges and other documents in our archives. The page we link to from here was created around the elements covered in the text of a letter which Mr Scarth wrote to Mr Yiannides. Prior to Mr Scarth writing the said letter, he directed one of his soul mates, to deliver the copy of the letter to Mr Yiannides, from the Rt. Hon. Paul Boateng, to the Telegraph & Argus newspaper in Bradford, England. Mr Scarth with malice aforethought defaced the copy he secured for other purposes because of the plans the sold to the system as is fraudster(s) planned to use it for their own evil ends. We urge visitors, readers and researchers to read it all. In the letter Mr Scarth was asking Mr Yiannides to look for and secure copies of relevant text from the Rules of the Supreme Court that applied to the making of audio recordings of hearings at court. Mr Scarth went as far as to say where he believed he had found the material he was asking copies of. The crafty one was indulging after HE WAS CAUGHT AT IT FOR THE UMPTEEN TIME (abusing trust and acting fraudulently). One need only ask, WHY NOT ASK his soul mates to secure copies of the text/material he was seeking assistance with? After all his soul mates, as he was asserting could benefit from use of the material, when acting as legal gurus in the courts for more of the same, the rewards under the table, that are covered in the exclusive page which Mr Scarth and his soul-mates never addressed, JUST LIKE THEY ALL FAILED TO ADDRESS OTHER RELEVANT ISSUES. Mr Scarth could have asked his soul mates to download the two pages of the Transcript we published in our pages relative to PERMISSION TO RECORD PROCEEDINGS AT THE COURT OF APPEAL, before a full panel - three Lord Justices. Only wilfully maligned persons or morons cannot recognise the issues we cover in the page where SOLID EVIDENCE about the non-performance activities, the wilful defaults, and the recklessly maligned failures of the LIPS crowd/mob are covered.
