Extremely important in this page: Read the letter in July 1999, to the Chief Executive Officer at Haringey Council, Gurbux Singh Esq. The elements covered in the four pages long letter relate to activities arrogantly indulged into by Haringey Council Staff and Officers. Juniors simply relying on Senior members of Staff, on Letting Agents / Agency Staff who were co-operating or TO co-operate for and in the scams and the fraudulent conversions, the attempts (when they failed / could not achieve their goals) and the creative accountancy manipulations (when they succeeded). And the police, just party to it all, one and ALL RELYING ON / EXPECTING OF JUDICIAL CHAIR OCCUPANTS and staff at the relevant Court, Edmonton County Court, to endorse and officiate in and over the CONSTRUCTIVE  FRAUDS all engaged in.

All name(d) individuals and leaders / managers / controllers of  'victims of the legal circles, the police and the courts', whom they 'organised and control though many a default and suppression of positive actions & results'. The irony of it all was that Enfield Council was demanding £165 from the targeted 'serfs', allegedly because of ALLEGED HOUSING BENEFIT OVERPAYMENTS, long after the assisted tenant had left the accommodation provided by the targeted 'serfs' - A TYPICAL SCENARIO & FAVOURITE PLOY OF THE ROBOTS EMPLOYED / INSTRUCTED / PROGRAMMED BY LOCAL AUTHORITY SENIOR OFFICERS).

The victim and the 'agent for those foul & evil proceedings, the abuse of the courts' facilities and contempt for the law, were introduced to Mr Andrew Yiannides of human-rights' by an alleged victim challenger who abused Andrew's patience with dreamers and his goodwill to victims who end up as split personalities (QUOTE: "Him whom the Gods want to destroy they first drive mad" : Euripides, Classical Greece, Mr Norman Scarth's, favourite quote.) We draw attention to it, hoping that it might cause other like-minded morons to wake up to the realities and to decide which side of the fence they wish to be seen as ACTIVE OBJECTORS TO THE RAMPANT FRAUD & CORRUPTION or simply lovers of it all, in which case they should cease ALL PROMOTIONS OF THEMSELVES AS ALLEGED VICTIMS / CHALLENGERS. 

Some abusers of public office / service at Haringey Council & associates of theirs:-

• Gurbux Singh Esq. Chief Executive at Haringey Council (*Link to the explicit page where we use our rights and comment on the rubbish promoted by a fraud of an alleged Public Servant. Visitors, readers and researchers should do so after digesting the unpalatable realities we make public by exposing the ORGANISED CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, as instigated by alleged servants of the public from within an allegedly civilised democracy. The irony of it all is that Mr & Mrs Average pay taxes for the maintenance, in public office, of ARROGANT CRIMINALS.
• Mr. David Graaf the Johan Michael Richard Foenander (*Link to explicit page covering some of his parts)
• Mrs Stella Michael, a director of the Letting Agency, Diamond Lettings, High Road, Wood Green, Haringey. An alleged manager of the properties of others who was too eager and happy to promote a forgery and DID NOTHING ABOUT THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES she was relying upon. As far as she was concerned the owners of properties she was managing had no rights to their properties, and such rights never existed. As far as Agents of her mentality and that of Haringey Council Staff & Officers, also Councillors and the Local Police were concerned, 'the serfs' had/have no rights to protections under 'The Law' within the Republic of Haringey.
• Mr. Ray Hill, Tenancy Relations (for Council Tenants) INTERFERING and attempting to throw the weight of his office in a Short-Hold Tenancy Agreement between Private Landlord and a defaulting tenant who was moving to an undisclosed destination. The arrogant abuser of Public Office was naive enough to assert 'reliance on the relevant court'. (*Link to copy of his letter as delivered to the Chief Executive at Haringey Council).
• Mrs. Margaret Owen of Team 3 handling Housing Benefit Claims, a Council employee operating out of the Social Services Department. The person very much in tune with Mrs Stella Michael the director of the Letting Agency 'Diamond Lettings', who moved on to other pastures after her parts in the scams that were recorded and reported to indifferent Public Servants, who were / are serving other interests and plans than 'The Law' and the citizens who pay taxes for their salaries, while under the illusion that they are paying for protection as the law provides, at national level, within the context of European Union Law and the European Convention on Human Rights provisions and undertakings, subscribed to by the representatives of the United Kingdom citizens, the government and Her Majesty the Queen.
• Mary Richardson, senior officer for Social Services, overall Commander / Controller of the Housing Benefit Social Funds handled by Haringey Council, as agents for Central Government, the Works & Pension Ministry.
• Ian Biggadike one of a number Housing Teams, dealing with and handling / using / directing the imported new citizens, to his and the delight of others abusers of trust and public office.

• Councillor Diakides who received full particulars and evidence in support of the claims that Council staff and officers were engaging in unacceptable criminal activities. The scams reported were never addressed by Councillor Diakides and the police similarly ignored the rights of the targeted citizens. They all acted in contempt of the law, national and international, leading to the submissions of explicit communications and evidence, for which the police, the office of and the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police were / are accountable for, along with the Home Office that is responsible for overseeing and supervising 'the performance and or lack of it from within all policing areas and operations.
• Ms Gloria Botero a tenant who was used by Haringey Council staff, officers and others in the constructive frauds scenarios, along with her partner Mr. Nihal Wijemuni. Particulars and an affidavit will be released in the Public Domain (our pages, this web-site). 
• Mr Nihal Wijemuni, a tenant who was co-operating in and was used by Haringey Council staff and others for theft of properties, denial of rights to a targeted landlady and all engaged in the constructive frauds while on reliance on Haringey Police to negate in the execution of their public duties. And the police even threatened with prosecution and imprisonment for the victims of multiple crimes that included criminal damages to properties, criminal assault causing grievous bodily harm, with threat to life due to a punctured vein and other painful, physical damages that necessitated 17 months of physiotherapy, with partial loss of use of an arm for one of the victims who was threatened by the police among their other 'services on tap'.
• Hadjoudj Tahar, another tenant used by Haringey Council staff and officers in tandem with the Letting Agents 'Diamond Lettings and the directors of the last for the usual constructive frauds on targeted private landlords. One and all relying on the use of an illiterate in law 'imported new citizen' to act as a guided and used stooge, while all were relying on 'judicial chair occupants at the relevant court' to ignore the criminal activities that all engaged in while in pursuit of theft of properties. All part of the civilised Law & Order mechanics organised, managed and promulgated by and through alleged servants of the taxpaying public.
