ONE John Charville, who frequented the lbduk@yahoogroups.com and published much that had no relevance to the issues and THE WAY WE COVER THE ISSUES IN OUR PAGES, had taken it upon himself to grossly misrepresent the facts stated in the page /yourrights.htm (*3) published at and by *human-rights*.

YOU ARE INVITED TO VISIT THE PAGE (*3). READ OF THE FACTS AND THE CONFIDENTIAL ARRANGEMENTS that many sold and bought souls engage in, at: */confraud.htm. USE COMMON SENSE and determine which parties carry on benefiting? Why the persistent attempts by the aforesaid John Charville who, like others who crossed our paths, set out to obstruct our work and was seeking, for undisclosed reasons, to misdirect and influence the victims who were reading his postings? What for the perpetuation of 'the existing arrangements by and for the abductors and rapists of Justice' who are seen to be relying on persons who joined 'the fraudsters' club'?

CONSIDER, also, WHICH LEGAL RIGHTS AND UNDER WHAT VENUE WE PROPOSE ACTION BY THE VICTIMS of Fraud In The Legal System. Access the Skeleton Argument, on appeal, by and for victims of banking fraud and consider the references to European Union PROVISIONS IN LAW for protection of the citizens from fraud and corruption. The maligned, interfering, and allegedly concerned 'victim', wilfully ignored our statements and submissions. He carries on ignoring the clearly stated facts in the page /confraud.htm and the crystal clear application and submissions to the European Court of Human Rights. The maligned promoter of irrelevant waffle persistently (as with others before him) FAILED to address and comment on the context of substantive documents. It is as if he is a non tax paying billionaire who does not mind the constructive frauds on the budget through the courts and the legal system. He has taken it upon himself to urge citizens to act as he! In other words as ostriches to bury their heads in the sand, to turn a blind eye and or to blank out their brains and thus fail to comprehend the facts and the realities our pages cover.

As stated in the page /chaldelp1.htm, Andrew had no option but to act after catching the abuser of our time. The alleged victim had been observed over a long period and was seen to have been bluntly co-operating in the constructive frauds on the budget, YOUR TAX CONTRIBUTIONS (*1).

The letter to the Treasury was from a genuinely concerned citizen, and Andrew's approach was as with the letter to the Home Secretary in December 1998.(*2.)

The aforesaid John Charville has nothing of his own to promote, but searches for old and INAPPLICABLE material, through which to influence and misguide the victims he targets, with intent. In the circumstances WE HAVE ADDED MATERIAL at the bottom of the page /confraud.htm ACCESS the page and read of: "THE CONVENTION IN LEGAL TERMS" as defined by three professors who, we are sure, were not tutored by the self appointed legal guru of 'Victims Misguided'.

The scenario smacks of contempt for the wise words from Plato, nearly two and a half thousand years ago:

"The cost to the good citizens for their indifference, in public affairs,
is to be ruled by evil men". PLATO Greece (428 - 347 BC)

NOTE: Citizens in Europe were slaves and serfs for centuries. They were 'subjected to the whims of their Lords & Masters'. They were ruled by Emperors, Dictators, Kings (subjects of), and under the pseudo-democracy adopted in modern times they are supposed to elect 'leaders' of parties into office. They are meant to live in a state of 'total ignorance and as 'the misinformed and indoctrinated to follow even self appointed 'leaders', as J Charville & Co.

DO READ the material you are asked to and MAKE UP YOUR OWN MINDS AS INFORMED CITIZENS IN A TRULY DEMOCRATIC MANNER.

Blunkett plans UK fraud squad

DAVID BLUNKETT, the Home Secretary, is preparing to endorse plans for a national squad to tackle white-collar crime(*1), which costs an estimated £14 billion a year.

The force would unite the fraud squads of the 43 police forces of England and Wales for the first time and absorb the Serious Fraud Office(*2), which is responsible for investigating large and complex financial crimes.

The move would reverse previous Government policy, but a police source said Ministers interest in the scheme had been rekindled by fears(*3) that Britain could suffer an Enron-style corporate(*4) disaster.

The change of heart follows intense lobbying by Rosalind Wright, director of the SFO(*5), and the City of London police commissioner, Perry Nove(*6). Both argue that fighting fraud is a low priority(*7) for many hard-up forces(*8) and that officers would be better trained in a specialist force.

A national crime squad has also been recommended by the Fraud Advisory Panel, a government-backed body, set up to recommend new ways(*9) to fight white-collar crime.

The squad would be modelled on the National Crime Squad(*10) set up to fight serious organised crime, and its creation would not require legislation.

The Association of British Insurers recently estimated that the annual cost of crime in the UK was £2,5bn, and that fraud(*11) accounted for up to 40 per cent of this. But hundreds of suspected(*12) cases are not investigated.

A Home Office spokesman said: 'We are considering the best way to take this forward. Ministers are looking(*13) at the proposals as a matter of urgency.'(*3)
