| Recognition of Fraudulent Democratic States. 'Dictatorship through the back door' (*L1)
& 'Fraudulent democratic states', was first written of, and about, by the founder of
human-rights in the early 1970's. At the time a forgery was introduced, in High Court
proceedings, by the legal circles (*L2); professionals who were/are licensed to practise
so by the Law Society and the Bar Council in the United Kingdom. All were/are free to
indulge in crime as licensed criminals with the blessings of the judiciary (*L3) and the
police (*L4); two bodies maintained, by the state, as 'the servants of the public' (in any
genuine democracy) (*L5) at the public's expense (*L6) - the taxpayers (*L7). Common
services for 'security of person, for the well being and personal property of all (*L8),
with the attached 'protection of the citizens from crime and criminals' (*L9), the core
element, non existent, care of the observation that Charles Louis Montesquieu noted some
two centuries earlier (*L10). The events and practices that developed at and through the
courts (*L11), and the additional contempt of the law by the police in London (*L12), all
the way up to the office of Sir Robert Mark, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner,
justifying the founder's conclusions (*L13). The Law - ALL LAW - non-existent or printed,
by parliament, in invisible ink and no issues in Braille for the blind either. Net result:
'Law and order by and through the blind, the deaf and the dumb, in mind and spirit (*L14),
- as arranged/organised by the mentally so impaired, public servants (*L15) who were/are
of the opinion that all citizens can be treated as 'the subjects of the corrupters, the
corrupt and the corrupted'.

Declaration for Main Objective
The core component and element of the
challenges and exposures by the victims of the legal system, rests on the issue of the
alleged separation of powers (*L1), in pseudo-democracies (*L2). From within such states,
politicians hide behind the criminals who are abusing occupation of
judicial chairs (*L3). Through such persons, the imposition of undeclared policies (*L4)
and plans for mankind that are determined through conspiratorial meetings behind closed
doors. Non-democratic practices and secret meetings by members and followers of
millennia-old satanic movements and organisations (*L5). The element of 'judicial'
decisions always promoted by the media barons, the supporters and secret partners of the
criminals who are in control of the courts, in pseudo-democracies (*L6). The very use of
the word 'judicial' betraying, as it has for centuries, either their illiteracy (*L7) or
their blind participation in arrogant dictatorial impositions by and through the criminals
who parade themselves as 'the authorities of 'the law' they are supposed to administer
(*L8). Crafty politicians and media barons indulging in gross misrepresentations to the
naive and gullible 'serfs' they mislead, with intent (*L9). Blunt and arrogant abuse of a
facility in place, 'the much revered independence of the judiciary' who 'simply indulge in
contempt of all law (*L10) and evidence (*L11) while in pursuit of pre-planned states for
the targeted serfs' (*L12). In alleged democratic states, nothing but a diabolical rouse
through which to defraud the citizens of rights that, allegedly, are assured in law
(*L13). OUR AIMS, clear (*L14); justice 'to be seen to be done' is the ever-called-upon
assertion by the abductors and rapists of Democracy & Justice. The 'open to the world
jury facility, the Internet and our pages, OPEN and available to all citizens with access
to the Internet (*L15). All exposed abusers of facilities and the trust of the people',
the accused, 'guaranteed a fairer hearing and airing of any excuses or justifications they
care to advance in support of their evil activities (*L16). The same applies to and for
all 'fraudster club recruits', to all sold souls (*L16) to all evil-mongering defaulters
who have been exhibiting their love for and their endorsement of the double fraud on the
taxpayers (*L17) through their repetitious and convenient failures to address the facts
and the realities covered in our exclusive page (*L18).

The Need for Submissions to the Home Secretary in 1999
For well over four years we were looking into aspects of
constructive frauds against targeted sections of the communities. Instigators and
participating activists, public servants who are retained to serve the citizens,
pro-active and engaging in theft of properties. Local Authorities (Councils) hard pressed
for funds needed to meet the cost of the influx of refugees and asylum seekers. Illegal
entrants into the UK crossing dozens of borders, in many instances, without claiming
refuge or asylum until they reach the land of milk and honey. Politicians and media barons
proud of the fact that the British isles are the destination lands for all who are
encouraged to rush in, without any concern or consideration as to how the cost for
providing for the influx is met. Along with the generous in words politicians and media
editors, individuals working for voluntary sector organisations that are financed through
taxes, even more blunt crime and fraudulent depletion of budget funds or abuse of public
facilities. Rampant abuse of public services, theft of properties, denial of rights to
protection for the targeted, simply indicative of undeclared policies, as the founder of
human-rights was caused to write to the Lord Chancellor. The department responsible for
administration of justice, and the protection of citizens from crime and criminals,
actively engaging in the theft of properties (inclusive of rights in law, such as fair
treatment in and by the courts) evinced in the explicit pleadings and the appeal
necessitated in one of the many instances when citizens challenged the abuse of public
services and 'the facilities through the courts'. Attempts at creative accountancy and
indulgence at such through the courts (as the cases we point to and publish, establish)
and other public servants, the police, conscious parties to such fraud on the citizens.
False instruments and even blunt forgeries their tools, with arrogant protection racket
tactics at and through the courts, leading to confirmation of Andrew's conclusions in the
early 1970's. Blunt theft and conversion of assets through reliance on judicial chair
occupants to entertain all manner of fraudulent activities inclusive of abuse of the
courts facilities, by court staff, as one and all indulge in accordance with the lessons
learned through examples followed; the protracted species at work as assured through the
millennia old 'authoritative masterpiece for crimes unlimited'.

Contributing to &
Creating Channels for Information, OPEN to the planet's citizens
We invite victims of any public official and or service corporation or
institution, also concerned citizens of the world to join the Community on Line, and to
work for The Alternative Press - the citizen's own public information service. There is
great need for the facility in order to expose the evil (in spirit) deficiencies (by
design) that the world media controllers arrange through the stooges and the intellectual
prostitutes they retain and manage. There exist sold souls among victims of 'the rampant
fraud and corruption through the courts', such as we point to in our pages. There subsists
necessity to expose the practices and the evil ones who promote / shed crocodile tears,
lament allegedly the state of the 'serfs' in deprived third world countries, while the
very sycophants and hypocrites ignore the millions of victims of the evil ones who abuse
facilities in allegedly civilised 'democracies'.

The ever present
tirades from victims, all too eager to blame the Free Masons
- Over the years Andrew has had to endure and put up with many
a charlatan and stooge who came and comes along with personal views and opinions. Every
one, too eager to accuse, in general terms, the Free Masons, known also as 'The
Brotherhood'. No one ever came along with any conclusive or incontrovertible evidence, in
his or her own case, that such was the situation.
- The most vociferous and the best known of such persons, Mr
James Todd of VOMIT repute. He admits to being a member of 'The Brotherhood', and 'an
alleged victim of practices' he never tires of or fails to project, as the work of the
Free Masons. At the same time for ever busy in the background, interfering in the work of
others who are active in exposing the evil practices that he, allegedly, complains of in
concert with other like-minded and engaging 'victims of thesystem'.
- The net result of the joint activities of such persons
amounting, no more no less, to SUBLIMINAL INDOCTRINATION of the persons they target. We
simply point to material published in our pages and request of visitors / readers to
consider all of the factors we point to, therein and below.
- It is for thinkers and persons with common sense to
recognise the elements that make up for logical conclusions, about the real goals of such
persons. One need only consider the simple fact that not one of the persons we name and
shall name, in due course, ever bothered himself or herself with the facts and the
realities attached to and making up for the inescapable reality of the rampant
constructive DOUBLE FRAUDS through abuse of the legal system & the courts' facilities.
- One such person was asked to provide bookmarks to an extract
he had copied, in his web pages, from the well known and comprehensively researched work
of Stephen Knight, 'The Brotherhood'. The same person for ever busy publishing his
opinions in newsgroups without ever any evidence in support of any of his allegations,
until we pointed out the discrepancy / shortcoming.
- The person who joined the Community on Line, was the first
to announce the shutting down of the web-pages of one of the best known activist in the
newsgroups, Mr. Jim Hulbert. He was, naturally, the first person to be pointed to the fact
that IF the Lord Chancellor's office / Department did 'order' the Internet Service
Provider of Mr. Jim Hulbert to violate Mr Hulbert's rights to freedoms assured under the
European Convention for Human Rights, the activities amounted to gross violations of Mr
Hulbert's rights.
- The very vociferous person, did consider the DECLARATION
challenge a most useful tool and he asked for permission to copy and modify the idea for
what he proposed to be a similar challenge to persons who, he considered, may/might have
acted improperly and or illegally as 'possible members of the Free Masons. The person
never produced such a document, to our knowledge, BUT after years of the never ending
tirades of his allegations, about the Free Masons, he even came along promoting a
suggestion (by a friend of his in the USA who concluded) and advised, "after 46 years
of fighting them I have decided to join them in order to have a life'. From subliminal
indoctrination to downright promotion, and the targeted are not to note such peculiarities
in 'the complex jungle undergrowth in the wilderness of human behaviour' ARE QUESTIONABLE
at many levels.
- The very person when faced with an eviction from his
residence (it had been converted to legal costs and charges through abuse of the courts'
facilities) conveniently failed to remove any of his personal belongings and take them to
a place of refuge he had been offered, by a kind and generous person.
- Most important, the person did lodge a couple of
applications at the European Court of Human Rights and, like all of his like-minded
vociferous Free Mason bashers, he never addressed the issue of 'the carrot at the end of
the tunnel, for lovers of the double fraud on 'the serfs' and 'shitizens' who pay taxes
for the facility that buys the silence and the co-operation of 'sold souls' TO AND FOR THE
PROMOTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM AS IS.
- Carrots for asses as any law abiding tax-payer should safely
conclude when using common sense. Application of the legal term 'balance of probability
judgements' resting and founded on such factors as the convenient defaults by persons who
ALSO object to or obstruct the work of others who expose the abused facilities of the
courts.
